Due to the nature of viewing artwork in-person, Aspen Gallery understands that
some customers may wish to view the piece before purchasing. Our policy on previewing
artwork is structured in a manner to protect both the customer and Aspen Gallery.
Aspen Gallery makes no claims or promises of Satisfaction Guaranteed on the artwork itself.
Aspen Gallery guarantees only that the graphical reproductions viewed in the on-line gallery
are indeed professional still photos of the artwork being sold. The reproductions are converted to
several image types to be viewed with browsers. At no time have/will these images be enhanced
by graphics software to give a false visual impression of the artwork. This explains, especially
with the "metallic" paintings, why some of the pictures appear to be "glowing". Any type of
artificial lighting causes reflections and in some cases could not be avoided by the photographer.
Aspen Gallery will make every attempt to display the artwork in a manner that simulates an
in-person viewing.
SHIPPING RULES:
1) Upon receipt of money order/check (pending check approval from lending institution), Aspen Gallery
will ship the piece to the customer. The piece will be shipped via the most cost effective method.
If the customer wishes to obtain the artwork in a more timely manner, i.e. Air, Fed Ex Next Day etc. the
customer will be responsible for this cost as well. The piece will be insured for the total purchase price to
cover any loss/theft/damage.
NOTE: International Shipping costs will be estimated at time of transaction. Customer will be responsible
for all applicable shipping, duties and insurance.
2) Upon reviewing the artwork, in the event the customer is unsatisfied with the artwork the
customer may return the artwork within 30 days of the shipping date from
Aspen Gallery. The customer will return the artwork in the the same/similar packaging material
and at his/her own expense will provide insurance for the artwork for
the full purchase price. Once Aspen Gallery has received and verfied the artwork, Aspen Gallery
will provide the customer with a refund for the purchase price. In the event the item has been
damaged in route, the customer need only return the item to the shipping agency for return.
(Aspen Gallery will verify this with the shipping agency prior to shipment)
3) Receipt of check/money order indicates that the customer will follow the above mentioned
guidelines when purchasing/returning artwork.
